&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#21353A"&gt;Join to learn about the Indigenous way of drumming.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;"Traditional Hand Drum teachings and sacred songs. The varying beats represent the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Healing vibrations with understanding the spirit through this Good Medicine"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Learn about the teachings behind Traditional Hand Drum songs from a new perspective. Passed from her mentors. Respect for the Hand drum is to be in a clean and sober state of mind. All are welcome to participate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instructor: Dorvina Pearline White Quills&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Location: Wellness Connections (Room 317)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Time: 1 pm - 2:30 pm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"&gt;This class runs on Tuesdays, May12,&amp;nbsp; 19, and 26, 2026&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
