  The Basics of Internet & Email for Beginners

  This module provides information on how to use the internet on your computer and cellphone. It will help you learn to use web browsers, search engines, and emails.

  Social Media for Beginners

  Learn the social media platform to stay engaged with life and maintaining relationships with other people. Share your photos and videos with the loved ones. This module provides information on how to use social media and its features, share photos and videos, and send messages and leave comments.

  Have you lost a loved one, and are looking for support? Our 9 - week group counseling program will help you rediscover yourself after loss and learn skills to start enjoying and loving your best life again. 

  Register today to meet others who have experienced loss in a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment.

  Important Note: During your first session, we will conduct an assessment to better understand your needs and goals. This will help us determine whether group counseling is the right fit for you. Your comfort and well-being are our highest priorities, and this assessment ensures we can provide the best support possible. If group counseling is not suitable for you at this time, we will provide alternative resources tailored to your needs, and your payment will be fully refunded.
