Flex Fusion Yoga - Fall A13

REGISTRATION STARTS August 5, 2025

In this class you will learn kind and beneficial poses while increasing strength and balance, both physically and mentally. You must be able to get up and down off of the floor, but a chair can be used for additional confidence in the class. Come for an enjoyable hour of exercise in a safe and supportive environment! Please provide your own yoga mat.
