Caregivers Alberta’s award-winning COMPASS for the Caregiver is a four-week program designed to help caregivers balance their own well-being with the demands of supporting others. This empowering series offers practical tools, peer connection, and a space to reflect and recharge.

Week 2: Managing Your Stress
Week 3: Balancing Relationships
Week 4: Navigating the Journey

Taking care of yourself while supporting others.
