REGISTRATION STARTS December 2, 2025

This one day workshop is designed to inspire and empower older adults to embrace movement in everyday life, regardless of fitness level or mobility.  What you will learn:

- The physical, mental, and emotional benefits of staying active
- How to incorporate movement into daily routines, simple ways to stay active
at home.
- Tips for choosing safe and enjoyable activities.-
- Ways to stay motivated and overcome common barriers.-
- Community resources and programs to support active living

2026 Unison Calgary memberships are available now through the Active Aging Department and Membership Desk.

FEE:

  • $15 Kerby Members / Super Members
  • $45 Non-Members

NON-REFUNDABLE. Course credit may be requested up to 1 week before class start date.
