REGISTRATION STARTS August 4, 2026

A gentle exercise class that uses weight-bearing and strength-building exercises to support bone health, improve balance and posture, and help reduce the risk of falls and osteoporosis.  This class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and is ideal for anyone looking to maintain or improve bone health, enhance balance, and stay active in a safe, welcoming setting.

2026 Unison Calgary memberships are available now through the Active Aging Department and Membership Desk.
