Dance is for Everyone: Dance & Movement Class

Move. Connect. Create.

Discover the joy of movement in a welcoming and supportive community through Silvering: Engaging Seniors in Dance, a six-week workshop series for adults aged 60 and over. Whether you have danced all your life or have never stepped into a studio, this program invites you to explore creativity, connection, and self-expression through movement.

Led by Springboard Performance and Fluid Fest in collaboration with The Kerby Centre and professional dance artists, these engaging workshops are designed for all abilities and mobility levels. Participants can join standing or seated, move at their own pace, and enjoy a fun, inclusive environment where every body belongs.

Through music, storytelling, imagination, and creative play, participants will build confidence, connect with others, and discover new possibilities through dance.

No dance experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move.

Come as you are and experience the artistry, wisdom, and vitality of aging through dance. Because dance is for everyone!
